Empowerment Circles
Come home to yourSelf.
The You beneath the noise.
The holiday season has a way of stretching us thin.
We pour out, show up, hold it all together, and somewhere along the way we drift from our center.
January becomes the moment when we finally notice the distance.
The quiet ache.
The pull to return to the part of us we’ve set aside.
This circle is your invitation to reconnect with yourSelf -the grounded, intuitive, wise presence within you that never left - it just got buried under the busyness.
Come as you are.
Let your parts rest.
And return home - to yourSelf.
What Empowerment Circles offer
A slow exhale.
A soft landing.
A calm, compassionate space to meet yourself again.
The support of like-hearted women.
An infusion of nourishment - for heart, mind, and soul.
Empowerment Circles weave together guided journaling, embodiment practices, meditation, and reflective inner work against the backdrop of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
You will gently peel back the layers of holiday survival mode and rediscover the clarity and steadiness of what we refer to in IFS as your Self-energy.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, clearer, and more rooted in who you truly are - not who the world needs you to be.
If you’ve been feeling scattered, depleted, or disconnected -
or you simply want to move into the new year with intention, presence, and truth -
Empowerment Circles are here for you.
What to Expect
A warm and inviting space: the lighting is soft, the energy is relaxed and inviting - all parts of you are welcome.
Soft seating, blankets (if appropriate), props to make yourself comfortable, beverages welcome.
A journal will be waiting for you at your seat.
Circles flow intuitively, but you can expect this format:
an introduction to the theme of the Circle followed by a light teaching based on the Pillars of Empowerment: self-trust, intuition, integrity, and sisterhood.
a guided meditation or practice to connect to Self, your Inner Knowing, intuition, Source, Soul - whatever word you use to relate to that place within you that holds your authentic self and intuitive wisdom.
a gently guided inquiry to explore the theme of the Circle - this can be a guided journaling practice, somatic practice, or creative practice.
an invitation to share. As women, we gain so much from hearing from and sharing with other women. While sharing is optional, it is welcome and I do my best to create conditions of safety within ever Circle, but you are encouraged to discern for yourself what feels best to you.
