Come Home to Yourself
A 12-week private mentorship to trust your own knowing, stop overriding yourself, and finally lead from within
What if the clarity you've been searching for was never outside of you?
What if the exhaustion you feel isn't a sign that something is wrong with you - but a signal that something true in you has been waiting, patient and persistent, to finally be heard?
What if you could stop negotiating with yourself at every turn, and start moving through your days from a place that actually feels like you?
Not louder. Not bolder. Not more.
Just yours.
Why Self-Aware, High-Functioning Women Stay Stuck — and What Actually Changes It
You've done the work. The books, the courses, the therapy, the spiritual practices. You have more insight into yourself than most people will ever have - and you're still exhausted.
Still second-guessing. Still overriding the quiet voice that knows. Still holding everything together for everyone else while wondering when it gets to be your turn.
Here's what I see, and what most approaches miss: you are not stuck because you haven't tried hard enough. You're stuck because the patterns running your life were formed long before you had a choice about them and no amount of insight, reframing, or willpower gets to the root of that.
You've been gathering information. What you need now is integration.
Not to be fixed. But to be met — at the depth where the real work lives — and held there long enough that something true can finally surface.
That's what this is.
The Framework We'll Use to Move You From Internal Override to Inner Authority - so you can move through daily life with clarity, grounding, and the confidence to lead yourself:
This mentorship is structured around four pillars - not as a linear checklist, but as a living framework we return to again and again, at the depth your particular patterns require.
Self-trust is where everything begins. It's learning to hear your own voice again. The world is loud, especially for women, and we’ve been taught from a young age to look outside ourselves for answers. So much of what keeps women stuck is the habit of overriding their own knowing. Rebuilding that trust is the root of all of it.
Integrity is about coming back into alignment - living in a way that matches who you actually are, not who you were told to be. It means setting clear but loving boundaries and working to release the roles and expectations that were never truly yours to carry.
Intuition is that quiet inner knowing you've probably already felt but maybe talked yourself out of. Part of this work is learning to recognize that voice, trust it, and stop treating it like it needs to be justified or explained.
Connection Healing doesn't happen in isolation. The relational container we build together — honest, boundaried, and entirely in service of your growth — becomes part of how you remember what it feels like to be truly met. That experience of genuine connection, first with yourself and then with another, is often what makes the return to self feel not just possible, but real.
What You Receive
Six Private, 60-minute 1:1 Sessions over 12 weeks (2 per month). Bi-weekly, deep-dive conversations where we go beneath the surface - unhurried, unscripted, and entirely in service of your particular inner landscape. This is a depth container built for spaciousness and pacing, without an agenda imposed from the outside. We don’t follow a linear curriculum, just honest, root-cause work in a container built for exactly that.
Support Between Sessions Real-time access to me in the moments that actually matter: when the old pattern flares up, when the guilt arrives, when you're at a decision point and your inner critic is the loudest voice in the room. This is where you practice self-trust live - not just in session. Provided via a messaging app.
IFS-Informed Root Work Every session is informed by Internal Family Systems - not as a clinical protocol, but as a way of understanding the parts of you that have been running the show so we can get to the root of the behaviors causing your frustration. We work with them, not against them, so change happens organically rather than through force, leading to sustainable changes and deeper transformation.
Personalized Integration Practices When the work calls for it, I'll offer tools, practices, or prompts that are chosen intuitively and specifically for you - not pulled from a standard resource library, but shaped for your particular journey, your nervous system, and where you actually are.
My authority in this work isn't primarily positional. It's lived.
I know what it's like to look successful on the outside while quietly drowning on the inside. I spent years handing my authority to experts — doctors, books, other people's protocols — because I had stopped trusting that my own knowing was enough. I know the particular exhaustion of being the steady one. The oldest daughter energy. The woman who holds it all together while something quieter and truer waits in the background, patient and increasingly impossible to ignore.
I didn't arrive at this work because it was a natural career pivot. I arrived here because my own life required it — and then I couldn't un-see it in the women who kept showing up in front of me, session after session, with the same thing underneath: I've stopped believing I'm allowed to be my own authority.
My training includes IFS Circle Facilitator certification, nearly a decade of study in embodiment and feminine energetics, and seven years of holding women's spaces — both as a facilitator and as a participant. But what I bring that no training taught me is this: the ability to hold your sovereignty without claiming it. To ask the question that opens something rather than give the answer that closes it. To sit in the disorientation of the in-between with you, not to rush you through it, but to remind you — with my whole presence — that you are not lost.
You don't have to figure out what comes next alone.
Reclaim your inner authority — without uprooting the life you've worked hard to build.
What Makes this Work Different
This is not a quick-fix coaching container.
This is not one-size-fits-all work.
This is not surface level spirituality.
This is a high-touch depth container that unpacks the root causes of your discontent, weaving together Internal Family Systems (IFS), embodiment, spirituality, and guided inquiry for a customized approach to increasing self-trust, integrity, and alignment so you can stop second guessing your every decision and start living from grounded inner authority.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. This is mentorship — root-cause, depth-oriented, and informed by IFS, but not a therapeutic relationship. If you are currently in acute crisis or need clinical mental health support, therapy is likely the more appropriate first step. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and with me simultaneously, and find they complement each other well.
-
Coaching is typically goal-oriented and forward-facing. It usually starts with you identifying where you want to go, and a coach helps you build the bridge. The relationship is often structured around the coach's expertise and prescribed path.
This is mentorship, which is a different relationship entirely. I'm not walking ahead of you with a map. I'm walking beside you, asking questions instead of giving answers, and holding space for what's already alive in you to surface. What I bring isn't just training - it's lived experience. The kind earned in the void, in the cracking open, and in the returning.
The goal is never for you to need me. It's for you to trust yourself so deeply that you become your own most reliable guide.
-
Not at all. I'll introduce the framework in a way that's accessible and grounded. You don't need any prior knowledge — just a willingness to approach yourself with curiosity. IFS provides a framework for us to dance within but it doesn’t always make up the sole body of our work together. I incorporate other modalities and approaches, as needed.

Item descriptionWe work in a private, one-on-one container over 3 months. Sessions are held virtually (or in person for those in the Chicagoland area). Between sessions, you have access to me through a voice note and text-based app, so the work doesn't have to wait until we're on a call.
This is relational, long-arc work. It unfolds at the pace that honesty requires, which means we don't rush, and we don't skip steps.
-
Item descriptionThere's no script, and no two sessions are the same, which is intentional.
Some sessions are quiet and expansive. Some are challenging in the way honest conversations are challenging. Some are somatic, tracking what the body is holding. Some move slowly and don't seem to arrive anywhere obvious.
We begin by dropping into the body, arriving together, and then checking in to see what’s present and asking for attention. We then move into the work, which can incorporate various tools, including guided inquiry and motivational interviewing, embodiment and somatic practices, journaling, and IFS parts work.

Item descriptionThis isn't a program with a finish line. It's a season of work - and seasons have their own timing.
My current container is three months in length, which includes six bi-weekly sessions and ongoing access to me between sessions. Many women continue beyond the initial three months as the work deepens. We'll talk about what feels right for where you are during our first conversation.
What I can tell you is that this work is slow enough to be honest. We won't rush toward a resolution that hasn't actually arrived, but you’ll be surprised at how quickly subtle but significant shifts can take shape.
-
Willingness. Honesty. A readiness to look at what you've been avoiding.
You don't need to have it figured out before we begin. You don't need to come in knowing what you want to work on or how this all unfolds. What this work does ask is that you show up - to the sessions, to the between-session reflection, and to yourself.
This isn't passive. The insight that surfaces here comes from you, not from me. My role is to hold the container. Your role is to bring yourself fully into it.
-
We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. That's not a sign you're not ready. That's a sign you're being honest.
Most women who do this work arrive with some uncertainty. That's actually a good indicator - it means you're in inquiry, not looking for instruction. Bring the uncertainty to the call. We'll find out together what it's telling you. Book your free call here.
-
Sovereignty shouldn't be a privilege reserved for women with a certain kind of access. This work is priced with intention and held with enough flexibility to meet you where you actually are.
The investment for the three-month container is $3.900. Payment plans of three monthly installments of $1,400 are available. A limited number of sliding scale spots are held each season for women who feel genuinely called to this work and for whom the full investment is a real barrier. If that's you, say so honestly on our call. There's no application, no proof required - just integrity on both sides.
-
All one-on-one sessions are held virtually via video call or in-person at a private office within Dayhouse Coworking in Schaumburg, IL, which means we can work together regardless of where you're located. Between-session support is available through a voice note and text-based messaging app, so you have access to me in the moments when the work is most alive - not just when we're scheduled.
-
You'll receive a confirmation with everything you need to prepare. When we meet, we'll spend time exploring where you are, what's been keeping you in patterns that no longer fit, and what's asking to change. I'll share what working together looks like. And we'll both have the information we need to decide whether to move forward.
There's no pressure and no pitch. If we're not the right fit, I'll say so and I'll do my best to point you toward what might serve you better.
-
If we're aligned after the initial call, we can typically begin within one to two weeks depending on availability.
The work itself moves at the pace that honesty requires, but getting started doesn't have to wait.
-
As a mother of four, I have a deep appreciation for the fact that life doesn't always cooperate with our calendars. I ask that you kindly give 24 hours notice when you need to reschedule, and I'll try to do the same. But I also acknowledge that as humans, things come up that we have no control over so I extend you (and myself) grace in this partnership. If something comes up on a shorter notice, just reach out - we'll figure it out together with honesty and grace on both sides.
Why Now?
Not because of urgency. Not because spots are limited or a deadline is looming.
Because you've already waited long enough.
You know what another year of self-management costs you. Another year of overriding the quiet knowing. Another year of carrying what was never entirely yours to carry, while the life that actually fits waits on the other side of a decision you keep almost making.
Three months from now, you could be moving through your days with a steadiness that isn't performed. Making decisions that don't require a roundtable of opinions or three days of second-guessing. Feeling, maybe for the first time in years, like the life you're living is actually yours.
That's not a promise. It's a possibility — and it's available to you now.
Is This Work For You?
This is for the woman who is outwardly steady and inwardly at a threshold.
She's in her late 30s to early 50s. Often a mother, a leader, an entrepreneur, an oldest daughter. Emotionally literate, deeply self-aware, and quietly exhausted by how much energy it takes to keep managing herself into a shape that no longer quite fits.
She's not in crisis. She's in transition. And she knows — in the way she's always known things, even when she talks herself out of it — that something has to change.
She's tried therapy, coaching, courses, and spiritual practice. She has insight. What she doesn't yet have is integration. She's ready to stop gathering information and start coming home.
She doesn't want to blow up her life to feel better. She doesn't want to abandon her ambition to find peace. She wants to return to herself — with authority, with depth, with her life intact — and finally trust that what she knows is enough to act on.
If that's you, this was made for you.
We’re a fit if:
You've already had a cracking-open moment and you're navigating the after
You're empowerment-curious—words like sovereignty stir something in you
You're willing to do real inner work and go to the root of your patterns
You want to trust yourself completely—your body, your intuition, your decisions
You're ready to stop placing your authority outside yourself
This isn't for you if:
You're looking for a quick fix or a prescribed formula
You want someone to tell you what to do
You're not ready to sit in discomfort or uncertainty
You need convincing—this work requires a yes that comes from inside you
Here's how we begin
Step 1: Book Your Free Call
This is not a discovery call. This is not a sales pitch.
It's a moment to pause, reconnect with yourself, and speak from a place of truth rather than urgency. We'll explore what's keeping you in patterns that no longer fit, what's asking to change, and whether this container is the right support for your season. You'll leave with more clarity - regardless of whether we move forward together.
Step 2: Step Into the Work
If we're aligned, we'll create a private mentorship container designed for your specific season and needs. This is relational work. Embodied work. Root-cause work. Together, we'll slow down to listen beyond the noise, explore the patterns and inherited beliefs that are limiting your aliveness, and begin the process of reclaiming the sovereignty that's been waiting inside you all along.
Step 3: Come Home to Yourself
Not as someone new. As someone remembered.
