Empowerment by Emma is committed to protecting your privacy. When you visit this website or reach out to work together, I may collect basic personal information: your name, email address, and any details you share through contact forms or booking requests. This information is used only to respond to your inquiries, deliver services, and communicate with you about our work together. I do not sell your information, ever.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party processor. I do not store your payment details directly. Basic website analytics may be collected to help me understand how people find and use this site and this data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Your information is never shared with outside parties except the service providers who help me run my business - scheduling, email, and payment platforms - who are required to keep it secure. If you have questions about your data or would like it removed, simply reach out at emma@emmamulvany.com
Cancellation Policy
As a mother of four, I have a deep appreciation for the fact that life doesn't always cooperate with our calendars. I ask that you kindly give 24 hours notice when you need to reschedule, and I'll try to do the same. But I also acknowledge that as humans, things come up that we have no control over so I extend you (and myself) grace in this partnership. If something comes up on a shorter notice, just reach out - we'll figure it out together with honesty and grace on both sides.
Terms & Conditions
Mentorship is a not a therapeutic container. Empowerment by Emma offers mentorship and personal development services. This work is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis support. If I believe you would be better served by a licensed professional, I will say so directly and help you find appropriate support.
Confidentiality. What you share in our work together stays between us. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable concern for safety. Please note that messaging app communications are not fully encrypted. Please use your discretion about what you share through those channels.
Payment and refunds. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Because of the relational nature of this work, I do not offer refunds once a container has begun. If exceptional circumstances arise, please reach out. I know you’re human and I will always be willing to have a human conversation about what's possible.
Liability. I am committed to showing up fully in this work. That said, results depend on many factors outside my control, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowerment by Emma's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
