Networking Reimagined — Where Belonging Becomes Strategy

The Nova Global is a national community for women and non-binary professionals who are done performing and ready to build success that actually feels good.

Curated Circles for Women Creating with Intention
NW Chicagoland | last Tuesday of the month @ Dayhouse Schaumburg I 6:30 - 8 pm

Catalyst Circles are designed as a place to think out loud, try ideas on, and be supported by the wisdom of the room.

This is a space to bring what you’re curious about, building toward, questioning, or quietly holding, and let it move through conversation rather than carrying it alone. You don’t need a polished idea or a clear ask. You just need a desire for a thoughtful room where things can take shape.

Each month, we gather for a midday pause that offers clarity, connection, and momentum — without the structure or commitment of a long-term program.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CATALYST CIRCLE

We meet in small, intentionally held groups of three to four people, facilitated by Nova. The size is deliberate — intimate enough for depth, spacious enough for perspective.

Within your small group, you’ll have space to:

  • incubate ideas and possibilities

  • talk through questions or decisions

  • ask for reflection or guidance

  • hear how others are thinking and moving

This is a collaborative sandbox, not a coaching session or mastermind. There’s no pressure to perform, pitch, or arrive with answers. The facilitator’s role is to hold the container and guide the flow so everyone has space to participate.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, more supported, and less alone with what you’re creating.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Catalyst Circles are for women and non-binary professionals who value thinking in conversation with others and want a place to explore ideas without rushing them.

This experience is especially supportive if you’re curious about deeper work and want to engage in a thoughtful, self-contained circle without committing to an ongoing container.
